Thank you for purchasing an Immerged Instrument.  

As a small business, we pride ourselves on quality and reliability.  Your watch is intended as a robust timing device for the elements.  

If you are not entirely satisfied with your watch, or have any concerns/queries regarding your purchase, then please email us at info@immergedinstruments.com to commence a discussion about a resolution.

Because your satisfaction is so important to us, our Conditions of Sale and Warranty are simple and customer focused, as follows:

Conditions of Sale

Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. If you are not totally satisfied with your watch,  then simply return it to us [including box/placards] in as new condition within 14 days from your date of purchase for a full refund (excluding postage fees and a $50 AUD re-stocking fee).  You are responsible for return shipping costs to our Gold Coast address.  Simply email info@immergedinstruments.com to commence a return process.

Warranty:

  1. Your watch is covered by a 12 month warranty (Warranty Period) from the purchase date indicated on your serial placard provided with your device.  Our warranty assures that your watch is free from any defects during the Warranty Period.  Our warranty does not cover customer caused flooding or abuse of the device, and/or any external components of the watch, including strap, case, case treatments [i.e. Cerakote], or crystal(s).

  2. It is the customer's responsibility to bear the shipping costs for returning the watch to our Gold Coast workshop for a Warranty claim.  We may repair or replace your watch at our discretion.  We will bear the cost of returning the watch to you by Australia Post.  

  3. Beyond the Warranty Period, we offer extensive in-house repair/refurbishment services so that your can be assured our timepieces will be with you for the long haul (see below).

Repairs:

  1. We want our timing devices to be on your wrist for ages.  For this reason, we provide an in-house repair/refurbishment service for our watches.  Please visit our "Repairs/Refurbishment" page for pricing of common service items.  To commence a repair/refurbishment request, simply email info@immergedinstruments.com to start a discussion.
     
  2. We will give you an approximate cost and timing for completion of your requirements before you commit.  You must send the watch to our Gold Coast workshop for the repair works.  You are responsible for the costs of shipping the watch to us and for our costs of returning the watch to you.

  3. We will invoice you for any repairs/refurbishment services before commencing such works.
